I GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The CLUB F card is a personal card issued to a member of the loyalty program by SIA “Alfor” (hereinafter referred to as Fenikss), located at Plieņciema iela 12, Mārupe, LV-2167, Reg. No. 40003512913.

The CLUB F loyalty program card allows the user to receive benefits provided within the loyalty program, collect loyalty points granted as a discount for previous bets, as well as deposit, accumulate, and withdraw funds allocated for play and game winnings.

The CLUB F card can be obtained and used in all FENIKSS gaming halls.

II TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OBTAINING AND USING THE CARD

At the time of issuing the loyalty card, the client’s identification and due diligence are carried out in accordance with the Company’s customer due diligence rules.

The right to use the CLUB F card is granted to the CLUB F loyalty program participant (hereinafter referred to as the Club Member).

CLUB F benefits:

  • Provides tracking and storage of the client’s loyalty level and loyalty points.

  • Provides storage and transfer of loyalty bonuses.

  • Allows keeping game participation funds on the card for continued play.

  • Allows discounts on purchases at the bar – non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

To use CLUB F card benefits, the card must be placed on the card reader of the gaming machine or presented to a staff member.

To receive a discount at the bar, the CLUB F card must be presented before placing an order.

The CLUB F card may not be transferred to other persons. Staff may request an identity document to verify the cardholder’s identity.

If the CLUB F card terms of use are not followed, Fenikss has the right to cancel the card and the customer profile.

In case the CLUB F card is lost or stolen, the client must immediately notify us by writing to atbalsts@fenikss.lv or by contacting customer service specialists at any FENIKSS gaming hall. The lost or stolen card will be cancelled and replaced with a new one.

Fenikss is not liable for any losses caused to the Club Member due to actions performed with a lost, stolen, or otherwise unavailable CLUB F card.

If the Club Member does not meet the requirements of their CLUB F card level, Fenikss has the right to assign the card such level and associated benefits as correspond to the requirements fulfilled by the Club Member.

The Club Member may cancel the CLUB F membership at any time by submitting a written request at any Fenikss gaming hall.

Fenikss has the right to cancel the CLUB F card and/or earned loyalty points if the card has not been used for 12 consecutive months, or if these rules, game rules, the Gambling and Lotteries Law, or other legal acts are violated.

III FENIKSS CLUB F LEVELS

The loyalty program consists of four levels. A participant’s level depends on the total turnover combined with the number of visits. The number of visits has no time limit.

Level changes are reviewed after each visit. One visit is considered a 24-hour period from 8:00 AM to 8:00 AM the next day.

Progression to the next level is gradual: from Bronze to Silver, from Silver to Gold, and from Gold to Platinum. Conversely, levels can be downgraded if the requirements are not met.

Example: A Bronze client who reaches a total turnover of at least €10,000 within 5 visits will automatically be upgraded to Silver on the next visit. A Silver client who achieves €12,000 turnover in 1 visit will automatically be upgraded to Gold on the next visit.

Example: A Silver client who does not reach a total turnover of €8,000 within 5 visits will automatically be downgraded to Bronze on the next visit.

IV ACCUMULATION AND USE OF CLUB F LOYALTY POINTS

To earn loyalty points, the CLUB F card must be registered on the gaming machine’s card reader before starting the game.

Point accumulation rate (all levels): €4 = 1 point.

Point redemption rates vary by level – the higher the level, the more valuable the points:

Example: A Bronze client with 300 points can exchange them for €3 promo credit. A Silver client for €6, Gold for €9, and Platinum for €12.

Use of points:

  • Points can only be redeemed for play.

  • Points can be redeemed starting from 1 point.

  • Redeemed points are added to promo credit – game participation funds granted within loyalty campaigns and used according to general rules.

  • Promo credit can be transferred to game credit to start playing.

  • Unused redeemed points remain stored in promo credit.

  • Points are valid for 12 months.

  • Earned points can be used in any Fenikss gaming hall.

  • Fenikss reserves the right to review loyalty point balances in case of system errors, other errors, or fraud.

  • Point balances can be checked at any Fenikss gaming hall by asking staff or registering the card at a gaming machine.

  • Points are allocated to the Club Member and may not be donated, sold, or otherwise transferred to third parties.

VI STORAGE AND TRANSFER OF FUNDS

The CLUB F card functions as a virtual wallet, allowing clients to store funds allocated for play and manage loyalty bonus points.

Depositing funds into the CLUB F account:

  • Cash at the gaming hall cashier.

  • Non-cash payment (POS) at the gaming hall cashier.

  • Cash directly into a gaming machine.

Transactions of €2,000 or more are recorded in high-risk client transaction reports.

Storage of funds:

  • Game participation funds are stored without a time limit.

  • No balance limits apply.

Transferring funds from CLUB F account to gaming machine:

  • By selecting on the gaming machine display (amounts: €1, €10, €50, or ALL funds).

  • Funds can be transferred to multiple machines with predefined limits.

  • Promo credit (loyalty campaign funds and redeemed points) is always used first, followed by the client’s own deposited funds.

Withdrawing funds from CLUB F account:

  • By receiving a game ticket, valid for 7 days from printing.

  • Cash withdrawal up to €3,000 at the cashier without filling in a report.

  • Winnings above €3,000 are paid only after verification in accordance with the Payout Procedure and the completion of a gambling winnings payout report and income tax deduction.

  • Cash can only be withdrawn at the cashier with a CLUB F card, after staff verifies identity using the system photo or by presenting an identity document.

Security settings for transferring and storing game credit:

  • When pressing the “COLLECT” button, the client’s game credit is transferred to their virtual wallet.

  • If the client leaves the gaming machine, game credit will automatically transfer to their virtual wallet within 15–45 seconds.

  • If the next client attempts to use the machine, any remaining credit will automatically return to the original client’s virtual wallet upon card insertion.

VII OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Fenikss reserves the right to amend CLUB F card terms, notifying Club Members at least 1 month in advance by email and publishing the updated version on www.casino.fenikss.lv. If the Club Member does not agree with the changes, they may cancel the card by submitting a written request. Failure to submit such a request before the changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the changes.

These CLUB F card terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from them shall be settled by negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the competent court of the Republic of Latvia.

VIII PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

Club Members’ personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring participation in the loyalty program;

  • Marketing purposes;

  • Statistical purposes;

  • Improving customer service.

Categories of processed data: name, surname, date of birth, phone number, email address.

The Club Member has the right to withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a request to dpo@alfor.lv.

Personal data will be stored in the NOVOVISION system as long as the client participates in the loyalty program.

For security purposes, data will be retained no longer than required by legal regulations.

For statistical and service improvement purposes, data will be stored as long as necessary to protect our legitimate interests.

For direct marketing purposes, data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.

If you wish to change your personal data or withdraw consent, please contact a Fenikss customer service specialist at a gaming hall or send a request to dpo@alfor.lv.
