How to qualify for the €500 bonus:

1. Register for the CLUB F loyalty program between 01.10.2025 and 31.12.2025.

2. At the time of registration, fill out the Customer Due Diligence and Identification Form, including your mobile phone number.

3. Agree to receive marketing communications, personalized offers, and participate in activities for customer service improvement.

4. Within 30 calendar days from the day of registration, generate a turnover of €30,000 or earn 7,500 or more loyalty points.
   Promo money, exchanged points or other bonuses are excluded from the calculation.

5. Your client card must be activated at the gaming machine for the turnover to be recorded.

6. If you’re within 33% or less of reaching the goal, you will receive an informative SMS 10 days before the deadline, indicating how many points you are missing to qualify.

7. Once the requirements are met, your virtual wallet will be credited with 50,000 loyalty points (€500) on the next working day as a cashback reward for your previous gameplay.

8. You will receive an SMS confirming that you’ve qualified and received the €500 bonus.

9. To use the bonus for further gameplay, you must convert the awarded loyalty points into Promo Credit at the gaming machine via the small display.
